Here's a recent picture of Chynna's little beauties (from left to right): Xander (three--excuse the banana in his mouth!), Jaimie (seven), Jordhan (five) and baby Sophie (22 months). They are Chynna's main source of inspiration and what keeps her forging ahead.

**JULY 23rd: Our SPD Resources page is up and running and updated with this month's Featured Resources. Have a look at the amazing things these people are doing for our SPD/ASD communities. We thank you for your efforts. (These resources will be up for the remainder of the summer and we'll update with new ones in September. If you know of any resources that SHOULD be up, please contact us.) OH! And Chynna did a blogtalk interview with Nancy Arvizu from Page Readers this morning! Be sure to go to "Chynna's Book Page" and click on the Not Just Spirited link. The link to the interview is at the bottom of the 'Special Appearances' section. Let us know your thoughts! Many thanks to Nancy. You are a wonderful host. =)
- Chynna is excited to announce that her memoir, "White Elephants" will be published through Silver Boomer Books. This book is all about Chynna's experiences being raised by a mother with untreated bipolar disorder. She hopes that her book shows not only the importance of diagnosis and treatment but also how important it is for all of us to understand and respect people living with mental illness. There is no shame in living with such a disorder---we need to give them--and families who live with them--hope. Chynna has created both a blog and a page here on Lily Wolf Words devoted to getting information out there about bipolar disorder. If you are someone who treats, cares for or cares about a person with bipolar, this is for you. AND we'd love to hear from you.
- We have a Q&A type of form you can use to ask Chynna questions through Formspring.me. There you can ask questions which will be put to a hidden page until answered, then your response will be displayed on our Formspring home page. We also have a message forum in the works and we'll keep you posted on when it's up and running.
