LILY WOLF'S NEWSLETTER: Okay, we've had a few people say they are more comfortable with signing up for the newsletter through the site. SO...we'll give you three different ways to sign up:

Our new newsletter will be geared toward children and families with special needs--especially SPD. What we aim to do is provide articles on the latest information, resources, recipes, treatment options (both medicinally and holistically), interviews with specialists in the field as well as parents and other valuable information. We have TONS of new information and sections including parent's stories, "Kids' Corner," information on nutrition, SPD resources and toys and "Picture of the Month!" As always, we'll also have tips on how to help your child function in a school setting.

If you have any articles, information, recipes or other information you'd like to share with other subscribers, feel free to email us! And if you're interested in past issues, let us know that too and we can try finding one for you.

NEW FACEBOOK GROUP: We have just set up a Facebook group for Canadian sensational families. Our goal is to connect families out there with the resources they're seeking to help their sensational children. The group is for everyone but we will be helping to get those Canadian resources out there! If you are a Canadian professional who helps families with SPD or own/provide a community resource for sensational families or have an event to share, please contact us and we'll put you up.
MARCH NEWSLETTER: The March issue of "The Gift" will be going out March 15th. If you have any news to share or something you'd like us to add in, please let us know before then. If there is any sort of change in the issue date of the newsletter, we'll let you know.
BOOK SIGNING: For those in or around the Edmonton area, Chynna will be doing a book signing for Not Just Spirited: A Mom's Sensational Journey With SPD at the Southpoint Chapters on March 20th. She'll be selling/signing books (If you have a copy, bring it in!) and will have information on SPD as well as on local resources for local families. She'd love to connect with those in the community so if you're around that weekend, be sure to stop by! (Details in "Chynna's Books" section on the left-hand side of the page.)
RESOURCES SECTION: We've started renos on our "Sensational Resources" page. If you have something you'd like us to add there--Websites, therapies, tools, etc.--email us. If you come to the site and have difficulty accessing that page, it's because we have it temporarily offline to work on it. We'll be sure to update you as things progress. Thanks for your patience.
NEW CONTEST: We announced in our newsletter that we're having a giveaway of Winnie Dunn's amazing book, Living Sensationally, and a 1-year subscription to S.I. Focus Magazine. It willbe a random draw of our newsletter subscribers. All you have to do for your chance to win is sign up for the newsletter.
NEW BLOG CONTEST: We have an amazing giveaway through the blog! Lindsey Biel is donating a copy of the DVD Sensory Processing Master Class she did with Drs. Brock and Fernette Eide.
